Shuttle’s New Slim PC with Intel® vPro™ technology—DQ170
Shuttle Inc., the global leader in small form factor computer technology, today announces the first Intel® Q series chipset model, DQ170 to support Intel® vPro™ processor and onboard Trusted Platform Module (TPM 2.0) for higher security professional business applications. It is well-suitable for computing highly confidential and proprietary in places where security is vital, such as government, healthcare, and enterprise.
Equipped with new LGA 1151 socket, the DQ170 supports for Intel® sixth-generation Core™ vPro (Skylake) processor- the best Intel® platform for business. With Intel® Core ™ vPro™ technology, the DQ170 can support Intel® Active Management Technology (Intel® AMT), which can remotely manage and repair the client PC system via a wire or wireless network (across different network segments) from anywhere. It can effectively reduce the cost and manpower of on-site maintenance.
Also, the DQ170 is built-in TPM chip (onboard Trusted Platform Module), which provides a set of random keys to protect HDD data security. TPM ensures that unauthorized users do not have permission to access data. Thanks for its Dual Intel® Gigabit LAN ports provide high-speed data transfer capability and a better compatibility for business network environments.
With Intel® built-in graphics engine and three video outputs, DQ170 is capable of playing 4K/Ultra HD video content with the use of a Core™ i3/i5/i7 CPU; at the rear panel of DQ170 provides one HDMI and two DisplayPort for triple-screen display.
Built to operate in a variety of environments, the DQ170 is VESA mountable and can be either mounted behind a display panel, placed inconspicuously atop a desktop, even operate within 0-50 ⁰C ambient environments. It is 24/7 certified and runs quiet and cool for extended periods of time. Featuring lots of connectivity, theDQ170 is able to power multiple peripherals via four USB2.0 ports, four USB3.0 ports, two COM ports (RS232, RS232/422/485, both support 0V/5V/12V).
