Shuttle Wins "Best SFF PC Maker" Award for the 4th Year

2006/03/01

Shuttle has been awarded the title of "Best SFF PC Maker" for the 4th year in a row by the strictest and most demanding panel of judges (the buying public) at the Tom’s Hardware Guide Readers’ Choice Awards 2005. Tom’s writes, "The Readers’ Choice Awards have become a traditional end of year rite for us. It gives our readers a chance to have their say and to reward the companies and products that have impressed them throughout the year." In the category for "Best SFF PC Maker 2005" Shuttle earned 67.1% of readers’ votes, making it the clear winner, and improving upon the company’s victory of 2004 by almost 15%.

Shuttle also earned a win in the category for "Best Innovation in Mini PCs" with 63.6% of readers’ votes being cast for the XPC SB95Pv2.

Shuttle’s success in these awards show that while 2005 saw increased competition in the SFF market with companies such as Apple and Aopen launching ever smaller mini PC systems, Shuttle’s years of experience as a designer and manufacturer of SFF PCs, together with its commitment to delivering desktop PC performance and compatibility in a chassis one-third the size is a winning formula in the eyes of its customers.

Highlights of 2005 include:

The world’s first XPC with SLI – XPC SN26P

The world’s first XPC to support Intel dual core processors – XPC SD31P

The first XPC designed for the living room – XPC Media Center M1000
